Prayer for Healing and Justice:

"Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heart that feels broken and burdened by the pain and trauma of what has happened. You know everything I’ve been through, Lord—you saw it all, even when I felt powerless and alone. I bring before You the deep hurt, confusion, and betrayal that I’ve experienced. I don’t understand how someone who claimed to care for me could harm me so deeply, but I know You understand what I cannot.

Father, I pray for healing. Heal my body from the pain it endured and restore my soul from the wounds that were inflicted on it. Help me process these overwhelming feelings and remind me that I am not at fault for what happened. When the weight of shame or guilt tries to consume me, remind me that You love me, that You see me as valuable, and that You are walking through this with me.

Lord, I also ask for justice—not only for myself but for anyone else who may have been harmed by this person. Expose the truth of what has happened, and protect others from experiencing this kind of pain. I pray that his actions come to light and that he is held accountable for what he has done. Even though it is hard to trust, I surrender my need for revenge or control over this situation into Your hands, knowing that You are a just God who fights for the oppressed.

Give me strength as I continue to process this, Lord. On days when I feel overwhelmed by the weight of it all, give me peace. On days when anger or sadness overwhelms me, remind me that I can come to You with everything I feel. Bring the right people into my life to support me, and help me know that I am not alone in this journey.

Finally, I ask that You help me forgive—not to excuse the wrong that was done, but so that the bitterness and hurt don’t consume me. I want to be free from this pain, and I know that only You can give me that freedom. Help me trust You to bring healing and justice, in Your perfect time.
