Dear Friends,

I am filled with gratitude as I write this note, reflecting on all the incredible ways you’ve supported Sparrows of Hope. Because of you, no survivor has ever been left without a blanket—without a tangible reminder that they are not alone.

Your generosity has helped in so many ways, from donating the soft fleece we use to make the blankets to covering the cost of shipping them to survivors all across the country. Whether it’s a blanket sent to someone recovering in a hospital, a package hand-delivered to a shelter, or even a bundle of warmth offered to someone in the quiet of their home—you’ve made it all possible.

Each time I’ve traveled to deliver these blankets, you’ve been with me. Every step of the way, your support has meant that there was never a distance too far, a survivor too out of reach. No matter where someone lives, because of you, they have received the care, love, and hope that every blanket represents.

Your donations have been more than just funds—they’ve been lifelines. Thanks to you, I’ve been able to travel to where survivors need us most, ensuring that no one goes without this special gift of comfort. Every postage stamp, every mile driven, every single blanket delivered has been a testament to the love and compassion you’ve shown.

I want you to picture this:

A blanket, soft and full of hope, placed gently in the hands of a survivor in a hospital room.

Another, wrapped carefully in a package, making its way across the country to a survivor who feels seen and cared for despite the miles that separate us.

Or the moment when I stood at the door of a shelter, handing over a blanket to someone who hadn’t felt comfort in what felt like forever—and the warmth in their eyes when they realized they weren’t alone.

These moments—these miracles—happen because of you.

Through your giving, you have walked with me every step of the way in my mission to bring hope to survivors. You’ve helped me fulfill my purpose, turning my own pain into a way to serve others. You’ve been my partners in purpose, and together we have transformed suffering into hope.

From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank you. Because of your continued support, I am able to live out this calling with Sparrows of Hope, knowing that no survivor is ever forgotten or neglected. You’ve helped me build a bridge to them—through every stitch, every blanket, and every delivery.
