Each creature plays a role, and the world keeps turning because of these interconnected cycles. These circles of life are both beautiful and necessary for the balance of the world. And while it’s easy to feel like we’ve been thrown off course after experiencing trauma, we are still part of this circle, and we can create a new circle for ourselves—one that reflects our strength, resilience, and growth. The Importance of Every Role in the Circle Think about the lion in the wild. It may face challenges, yet it keeps fighting because it has a role to fulfill. Birds navigate the skies, often facing storms, yet they are always seeking new heights. Fish swim through the currents, sometimes struggling against the flow, but they know their place in the ocean is vital. Each creature has its place in the great cycle of life—and so do you. You’ve made it this far, and that is no small feat. There were days when you might have wondered if you would survive, but here you are, part of your own circle—surviving and thriving.
